With a passion for exploration, I have traveled to over 35 countries, deepening my appreciation for varied cultures and the universal quest for balance and wellness.

My coaching journey has been shaped by a series of profound experiences. Firstly, my extensive background as a healthcare practitioner, specializing in preventive medicine and mental health for nearly two decades, has honed my expertise in understanding holistic well-being.
Secondly, my personal journey of overcoming and effectively managing anxiety, depression, and burnout has deepened my understanding of the human condition.
