As a licensed Healthcare Practitioner with over 15 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to understanding and promoting holistic well-being. My professional journey has spanned four different countries, enriching my practice with a wealth of diverse experiences and perspectives. With a passion for exploration, I have traveled to over 35 countries, deepening my appreciation for varied cultures and the universal quest for balance and wellness.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with thousands of individuals, including executives, leaders, and entrepreneurs. As a burnout and self-care coach, I am deeply committed to helping my clients achieve a harmonious balance between their personal and professional lives. By promoting and cultivating healthy self-care practices, I guide individuals away from the brink of burnout and toward their highest levels of productivity. Through my innovative #5FingersHandRule holistic framework, I empower my clients to confidently embark on their journey toward realizing their personal aspirations and unlocking their full potential.

PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

My coaching journey has been shaped by a series of profound experiences. Firstly, my extensive background as a healthcare practitioner, specializing in preventive medicine and mental health for nearly two decades, has honed my expertise in understanding holistic well-being.

Secondly, my personal journey of overcoming and effectively managing anxiety, depression, and burnout has deepened my understanding of the human condition. Through lifelong introspection and personal growth, I have not only discovered myself but also learned how to guide others in their own paths to self-discovery.

Thirdly, my insatiable passion for travel has played a pivotal role in my evolution as a coach. It has afforded me the opportunity to explore new horizons, reconnect with my core values, engage with diverse individuals, immerse myself in unfamiliar cultures, and, most importantly, unearth my authentic self. As an avid traveler, I have not only journeyed through over 35 countries but have also had the privilege of living and working in four distinct nations. This global exposure has provided me with a rich tapestry of experiences and perspectives, enriching my coaching approach with a deep appreciation for diverse ways of life and thriving.
