🌍 Global Learning, Engagement, Awareness & Development.The GLEAD College Journey is a transformative cross-cultural travel experience designed for college students who want to broaden horizons and gain an international perspective while building the skills needed to thrive in a globalized workplace.

This program goes beyond tourism. Students engage in meaningful cultural immersion and community-based learning that strengthens global competence, develops a comparative perspective on their field of study, and builds the career competencies employers want—adaptability, resilience, communication, and leadership in complex global settings.

Through partnerships with local institutions, nonprofits, and community-based organizations in South Africa, students access research opportunities and can participate in global research participation experiences where applicable—adding depth to academic goals and supporting international learning requirements.
