G.L.E.A.D JOURNEY

Rooted in ÀJÒ’s philosophy—Adventure, Authenticity, and Alignment—the GLEAD journey is an intentional experience that nurtures both the mind and body through immersive exploration, cultural connection, and personal growth.

Each program pillar is designed to be a mindful journey, integrating daily opportunities for students to pause, reflect, journal, breathe, and grow—ensuring a transformational experience far beyond the classroom.

🌍 CCE GLEAD PROGRAM:

5 PILLARS FOR GLOBAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Why ÀJÒ?

ÀJÒ” means journey in Yoruba—and this program lives up to the name. With a focus on Adventure, Authenticity, and Alignment, we help students nurture their full selves through immersive travel, reflective practice, and culturally-rich leadership development.

We don’t just take students across the world—we walk with them into the leaders they’re becoming.
