Summary of Terms and Conditions for AJO Wellness Group

*GENERAL:
By booking with AJO Wellness Group, participants agree to comply with our terms and conditions. These govern all services, including travel logistics, accommodations, activities, and wellness programs.
*SERVICES:
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $499. Full payment is required 60 days before departure to finalize the reservation. Participants are responsible for providing all requested documentation and information before the specified deadlines.
*PRICING AND PAYMENT:
Pricing includes tours and activities listed on the itinerary but excludes taxes, flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses. Prices may be adjusted up to 30 days before departure due to factors like currency fluctuations or increased transportation costs. Late payments incur additional fees and may result in booking cancellation.
*CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Cancellation fees depend on timing: More than 90 days before departure: Non-refundable deposit only. 60–90 days: 25% of travel fees + non-refundable deposit. 30–60 days: 50% of travel fees + non-refundable deposit. Less than 30 days: No refunds (trips are transferable). Participants are encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
*SAFETY AND BEHAVIOR:
Participants must comply with safety guidelines, local laws, and staff instructions during the trip. AJO reserves the right to remove participants for inappropriate behavior that may disrupt the experience or damage the company’s reputation.
*FLEXIBILITY AND CHANGES:
Travel itineraries are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, political disruptions, or mechanical issues. AJO will notify participants of significant changes and provide alternative options where applicable.
*MEDICAL AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Participants must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements before departure. Passports must be valid for six months after return, and participants are responsible for obtaining necessary visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance.
*LIABILITY:
AJO acts as an intermediary for booking services and is not liable for third-party providers' acts or omissions. Participants agree to indemnify AJO for any damages or claims arising from their actions during the trip.
*FORCE MAJEURE:
AJO is not responsible for disruptions caused by unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
*PRIVACY POLICY:
Participant information is collected for trip planning purposes and shared with third-party suppliers as needed. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
